Al Azhar College of Engineering and Technology (AACET) is a self-financing engineering college managed by the Noorul Islam Trust located in Thodupuzha, Kerala. It was established in the year 2010 and is affiliated to the Kerala Technological University.
Al Azhar College of Engineering and Technology offers undergraduate and postgraduate programs in engineering leading to B.Tech and M.Tech in various specializations.
- Candidates with a minimum score of 50% marks in HSE Kerala or equivalent and Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as compulsory subjects are eligible to apply for the B.Tech courses.
- For B.Tech, Applicants must score 50% in Maths individually and 50% in Physics, Chemistry and Maths taken together.
- For admission to B.Tech, applicants must appear for the Kerala State Engineering Entrance Exam (KEAM) or JEE Main.
- NRI candidates must be at least 17 years of age and possess Indian citizenship to be eligible to apply for the UG programs.
- NRI students are exempted from KEAM conducted by Commissioner of Entrance Examinations (CEE), Kerala.
- Candidates who have obtained at least 50% marks in B.E/B.Tech in the relevant stream can apply for the M.Tech courses.
- Applicants must have valid GATE scores to apply for the M.Tech courses at AACET.

Al Azhar College of Engineering and Technology B.Tech Admission 2023
AACET offers B.Tech courses of four years in various specializations. Candidates need to obtain at least 50% aggregate marks in 10+2 examination from Kerala HS board or any other recognized board with Physics, Chemistry and Maths as compulsory subjects.
Eligible candidates must appear for the Kerala Engineering Architecture Medical (KEAM) or JEE Main. Kerala candidates must register themselves for online counselling conducted by CEE, Kerala.
Students are also admitted under management quota and NRI quota. NRI students are exempted from writing entrance exam.

- NRI parents/guardians can sponsor their wards provided they submit an undertaking in the format prescribed by the relevant authority.

The college offers M.Tech program for over a period of two years in various specializations. Candidates must obtain at least 50% marks in B.Tech/B.E from a recognized university in the relevant stream.
