Aspiring candidates can apply online through the MHT CET website or JEE Main website within the stipulated time. Payment of fees can be made online via credit card/ debit card, internet banking, or through e-Challan. Allotment of seats is carried out through the Maharashtra state level engineering counselling process based on the candidates’ rank or marks obtained in MHT CET .
- Candidates who meet the MHT CET cut off must register themselves for the counselling process.
- 51% of the total seats are reserved for Minority candidates from Maharashtra state.
- Minimum required percentile of marks for SC/ST students is relaxed by 5%.
- All candidates must appear for both Paper I (Mathematics) and Paper II (Physics & Chemistry).
- Only 29% of the total seats are filled through MHT CET CAP counselling.

Saboo Saddik College of Engineering, Mumbai, accepts applications for admission to BE programs through MHT CET and JEE Main counselling. The process of application is as follows:
Through MHT CET :
- Candidates can apply for admission to the BE program through the official MHT CET website
- Applicants must fill all the relevant information to register and an email confirming the same will be sent to the applicant.
- Candidates can log on to their MHT CET account in the future using the application number and password.
- Candidate must upload scanned copies of his/her passport size photograph and signature along with the completed forms. The permitted format is .jpg/.jpeg only.
- Application fee of INR 800 must be paid only through the online payment gateway.
- Candidates should save and print the complete application form along with the payment acknowledgement slip for future reference.
- The candidate must download the admit card on the scheduled date.
Through JEE Main:
- Candidates who wish to appear for JEE Main should apply online only.
- Candidates must ensure filling the genuine application form that is available online at JEE website
- Only candidates who must submit the online application and pay the examination fee by the last date are eligible to appear for JEE Main.
- Candidates with successful applications would be issued admit cards through the website as per schedule.
- The application fee can be paid either by credit/debit card or through e-challan generated during the online filling of the application form.
- In case of e-challan, the payment should be made in the Syndicate/Canara/ICICI/HDFC Bank in cash.
- Candidate must take a printout of the acknowledgement page for future reference.
