Er. Perumal Manimekalai College of Engineering was established in the year 2002. It is a telugu minority engineering college developed for aspiring youth. It is governed by Perumal Manimekalai Educational Trust. College is affiliated to Anna University and is approved by AICTE. College is ISO certified institution.

Hostels: college campus has separate hostel for boys and girls. Rooms are spacious with attached bath. A spacious kitchen serves delicious healthy and nutritious foods to the students.
Sports: College has facilities for indoor games like carom, chess, table tennis and badminton and also has facilities for various outdoor games like cricket, basketball, football and volleyball.
