LDC Institute of Technical Studies, Allahabad offers B.Tech. and B.Tech. (Lateral) degree course in five specializations at the undergraduate level. Candidates are required to pass the 10+2/Class XII with English, Physics, Mathematics, and Computer Science/Chemistry as compulsory subjects and obtained a minimum aggregate of 45% to be eligible to apply for B.Tech degree programs.
Candidates must have passed 3 years Diploma Course or B.Sc. degree course in the appropriate branch from the colleges approved by AICTE/State Board of Technical Education with minimum aggregate marks of 60% in aggregate to be eligible to apply for Lateral Entry program.

LDC Institute of Technical Studies, Allahabad: Counselling and Admission Process
Counselling Process for admission will be conducted through online mode in the month of June. Dr A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University, Uttar Pradesh will organize AKTU/UPTU Counselling. AKTU conducts a state level examination in name of Uttar Pradesh State Entrance Exam (UPSEE) for providing admission to the UG & PG courses in the field of engineering, management, etc.
Candidates who will qualify the examination will be called for the counselling as per their merit. The counselling will be conducted in five rounds. The AKTU Counselling fee will be INR 20000 (INR 12000 for SC/ST Category).
Counselling Procedure:
- Candidates will have to register for the counselling through online mode.
- During registration, they have to pay a counselling fee through online mode (credit card/debit card/internet banking).
- After fee payment, Upload the scanned copy of all documents/certificates. The size of each document will be maximum 200 KB.
- Applicants documents/certificates will be verified by the university through online mode.
- After successful fee payment & transaction is updated at the server,“Choice Filling & Locking” link will be activated on the login page.
- Fill your choices of college & courses as per their preferences.
- The choices filled by them at the end of the specified period will be automatically locked by the system.
- Check the seat allotment result by entering their “Application Number” & “Password”.
- Download seat allotment letter for admission.
- The allotment of seat will be carried out on the basis of UPSEE merit, availability of seats, subject to the order of preference given for the seats.
- After seat allotment, no change in the branch/institution will be admissible.
Admission Procedure:
- After completion of the counselling process, candidates will have to report at the allotted college with a provisional allotment letter.
- Candidates also have to bring the remaining amount of fee & all relevant documents(Original & one set of self-attested photocopies).
- It is compulsory to pay the remaining admission fee to confirm their seat & admission. Otherwise, the seat will be allotted to another candidate.
- Applicants, those allotted a seat & get admission in the allotted institution, the fee submitted by them during counselling, without any deduction will be adjusted against the Institution fee.
