What's New in MIET?
MIET BTech admissions are based on JEE Main score 2024 followed by UPTAC Counselling. MIET BTech admissions 2024 registration deadline has been extended till December 04. MIET UG and PG admissions are based on CUET UG and CUET PG scores. NTA has declared the CUET UG and CUET PG exam dates. The CUET UG and CUET PG 2024 exams will be held from May 15 to May 31, and from March 11 to March 28, 2024 respectively.
Meerut Institute of Engineering and Technology was established in 1997. Affiliated to Dr APJ Abdul Kalam University, it is a UGC and AICTE-approved institute that ranks among the top engineering colleges in Uttar Pradesh. It has a ‘B++’ accreditation from NAAC, and two of its courses have been accredited by the NBA.
MIET was ranked the 69th best engineering college by Outlook India, and 83rd by Dataquest. The college is highly focused on skill-building: it frequently holds free-of-cost programmes to enhance corporate skills.
MIET offers eight specializations under the B. Tech course, four under the M. Tech course, and four under the vocational course. Besides, it also offers B. Pharm, M. Pharm, MBA, MCA and Applied Science Engineering courses.
To apply for B. Tech, a candidate should have passed 10+2 with PCM with 60% marks and taken the JEE- Main for selection. To apply for M. Tech, a candidate should have a B. Tech degree in the relevant field. In certain cases, an M. Sc degree is also valid. In addition, they have to take the GATE for selection.
For B. Pharm, a candidate requires 60% marks in 10+2 in the Science stream; they also need to take the UPSEE for selection purposes. For M. Pharm, a B. Pharm degree is required with 50% marks.
For MBA, a candidate requires 50% marks in graduation, in addition to good marks in the CAT or MAT. For MCA, 50% marks in graduation and Mathematics as a compulsory subject is essential, besides a valid UPSEE score card.

How to apply for GATE?

MIET MBA Admission 2023

- The candidate should score at least 50% marks.

How to apply for CAT?

- Click on ‘Registration’
- Read the given instructions
- Fill in all the necessary details to complete CAT 2019 registration
- Enter the OTP and validate it
- Click on ‘I Agree’ and submit. A message will be sent to the registered mobile number containing the password, and an email will be sent containing the User ID
- After the CAT registration is successful, a unique login ID and a password will be generated. These are vital for filling out the CAT application form.
- Click on ‘Go to Application Form’ and fill out the form.
- The fee for the form is 1,900 INR, which is to be paid online.
MIET MCA Admission 2023
Students who have a graduate degree in any field can apply for MCA, provided they have studied Mathematics at the 10+2 level. For selection, they have to take the UPSEE.

Admission:
The eligibility of the course is that students should pass physics chemistry and mathematics with at least 55 per cent. I found the application form from the college. I want to see an improvement in the college there should be a test in the admission process

I am pursuing a Btech from a college named MIET. There was no entrance test for admission. There are several benefits for the reservation sector. But, the opportunity to choose a branch of engineering must be taken by the students themselves.

The admission process is not so tough or poor. It was good as all faculty and staff helped me if l found any queries. I took the Jee exam and the cutoff for the college is 50 percentile. Eligibility is 12 passes from the PCM stream with a minimum of 85 Percent. Application forms can be filled out from miet website or in the college also. All information regarding fees, the last date can be seen on miet website. As such no improvement is there but l want to suggest one thing on the fees counter only one window is there which was somehow not good as it was a lot of time during college fees and transport fees submission.

The admission process was pretty much simple. You can take admission on the basis of your JEE score or your 12th percentage. Then you have to clear the eligibility criteria which are mentioned on the college website and get your admission done after submitting all necessary documents

I opt for btech in computer science and engineering specialising in artificial intelligence and machine learning. Eligible for this course is to score 85% in PCM on 12the boards. I went to the college admission cell and they provided all the necessary info

I applied for B.Tech. The addmission to this course is based on the ranking of JEE Mains. Also if someone wants direct addmission, then the criteria will be his/her pcm marks for class 12. The application form and other details are available in the college itself. Though the college has a website of its own, the whole addmission process will be explained by the authorities only. Transforming the manual admission process to an automated one will be a great improvement.

Admission was given by the JEE Mains exam through 4 rounds of counseling. That year's cut-off for gen ews was 66%. So I think it was a great or good process for admissions the only improvement I want in admission that to reduce some fees for the B.Tech course.
