NC College of Engineering Panipat Admission 2023: Fees Structure, Recruitment, Courses

At undergraduate level, NC College of Engineering Panipat offers B.Tech degree program. The duration period for B.Tech is four years. The total intake capacity for all the B.Tech specializations is 420 seats (annual). The college also provides B.Tech degree under lateral entry.

Admission of candidates to the undergraduate engineering program is made by Haryana State Technical Education Society based on merit of the students in JEE Main Examination conducted by CBSE.

• 5% relaxation of marks in eligibility criteria is given to candidates who belong to the SC / ST category.

• 15% supernumerary seats are available for international students.

At the postgraduate level, NC College of Engineering Panipat offers Master of Technology degree. The duration of the M. Tech. course is two years for regular students. M.Tech courses are offered under three different specializations with the course intake of 18 seats (each).

Admission to the M.Tech courses are entirely based on the score of Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE). The M. Tech. seats are first filled by GATE qualified candidates, then by industry sponsored candidates.

For sponsored candidates, admission will be based on merit and performance in the counselling conducted by Kurukshetra University.

Apart from the technical courses, NC College of Engineering Panipat offers two other courses B.Sc (Bachelor of Science) and B.Com (Bachelor of Commerce) degrees. Both the courses are three years full-time courses.

The B.Sc program further specializes under five different disciplines namely, Non-Medical

Medical Stream, Non- Medical with Computer Science, Physics (Hons) and Mathematics (Hons).

NC College of Engineering Panipat also offers Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) and Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree programs.

For the BBA course, admission is done based on merit in the Senior Secondary (10+2) examination.

To apply for the MBA program, candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline or a Master’s degree with at least 50% marks (45% marks for Reserved Category) in aggregate.

Candidates applying for the MBA course need to appear in an Interview along with the Counselling round if they clear the entrance test. The Entrance Examination will be conducted by Kurukshetra University.

Candidates holding a valid CAT/ MAT/ XAT score will be given preference.
