Panipat Institute of Engineering and Technology (PIET), offers UG, PG and Diploma courses in Engineering, Management, Pharmacy disciplines. PIET fees for B.Tech is INR 5.12 Lacs whereas for the MBA Program is INR 2.50 Lacs. Extensive Digital Library: PIET consists of a central library and also has several departmental libraries. This system enables the library to open for extended hours and connects the users with Virtual Reference & Referral Services Digital, Mobile Services, Internet communications, Digital Resources, Reprography Services, Book Bank Service & Inter-Library Loan.

PIET Panipat Hostel: PIET offers a superb boarding complex to its students. The rooms are elegant and well-ventilated, cavernous and cozy. Two students can stay in a room comfortably. The boys’ hostel has the capacity of about 200 boys (extendable up to 250) whereas the girl’s hostel can house 50 girls (can be extended up to 100). Hostels have Gym, Common Rooms, Badminton Courts, Volleyball ground and facilities for other indoor games.

Architecture: The hostel buildings are remarkable pieces of architecture.
Common Rooms: Spacious Common Rooms are provided in all the hostels, which are a place for constructive activities like indoor games, discussions and get together within the hostel.
Rooms: Well-furnished and spacious rooms are there for boys and girls each.

Some of the Teachers are very good but not All !
Infrastructure is also very good and cleaned that was also the reason i opt this college

Best college for doing BTech all those things is good in this college.

Dislike

They were busy, and the faculty members in the account department and scholarship department were very, very bad. I was really dissatisfied with them.
PIET is number one for the placement of CSC and IT, ECE, and Textiles, but it is very poor for civil and mechanical.
I never opted for an education loan because the fee amount is quite frankly very low and can be afforded by anyone.
Labs are not well equipped; for instance, in my final year, we were assigned a subject named MAD - Mobile Application Development, and there is hardly any system that can handle Android Studio, which is quite shocking.
I applied for a bus facility here, not a hostel. Unfortunately, the bus facility is also poor. This college is the worst; the buses they provide are damaged. There is nothing good here about anything related to this college. It is the worst college in India.
The library staff is as poor as the worst staff at the college, and the result of this college took 6 months after the exams.

Tech (Hons) is done through JEE Main. B. Tech Lateral Entry admission is done on the basis of the OLET score. For MBA, the institute also accepts scores of the CAT/MAT/CMAT exam followed by a Personal Interview round. The admission will be done based on the scores of qualifying degree or national level exams. Those candidates who are willing to take admitted to the institute can apply for the UG, PG, and Diploma courses like B. Tech, MBA, BCA, and BBA.

Everything is good apart from academics. Piet is affiliated with Kurukshetra University which is the ok University in Haryana. Placement wise college is best many companies come here for placement. Eg. Infosys, HCL, TCS and many more
