NIT Agarpara B.Tech Eligibility Criteria 

• Candidates seeking admission to the B.Tech program at NIT Agarpara must pass their 10+2 with physics, chemistry, mathematics, and English as mandatory subjects. Also, candidates are supposed to score at least 45% marks in their 10+2.
• For B.Tech (Lateral) candidates must have a valid JELET score and a Diploma in Engineering or B.Sc with a minimum of 45% marks (for reserve category students minimum marks are 40%).

NIT Agarpara B.Tech Selection Criteria

• Selection to the B.Tech program is made on the basis of rank secured by a candidate in the WBJEE/ JEE Main/ CEE AMPAI Entrance Examination. 
• Allocation of seats will be done after the successful completion of the counseling process. 

How to Apply for WBJEE 2023?

• Visit the WBJEE official website at wbjee.in
• Click on the link to ‘New Registration' and register yourself there to create a username and password. 
• Candidates who logged out after WBJEE registration 2023 had to log in using their application number and password.
• Now fill in the various personal details like category, domicile, religion, nationality, etc in the WBJEE form 2023.
• Candidates also had to opt for three zones of cities to be allocated as WBJEE exam centres.
• Now click on ‘Submit’.
• Upload the scanned images of the required documents in the given format.
• Pay the minimal & non-refundable application fee of INR 500 (INR 400 for the candidates of SC/ST/OBC-A/OBC-B).

How to Apply for GATE?

Those who are eligible for admission have to take the GATE. The registration process for it is given below:

• Register through the link by entering the candidate’s name, email ID and mobile number.
• After the form is submitted, an enrollment ID will be sent to the candidate’s mobile number.
• Fill out the application form.
• A fee of 1,500 INR (750 INR for women and reserved categories) will be charged. It is to be paid online.
• Download the form and keep a printout for future reference.

• After uploading images candidates were directed automatically to the fee payment step. WB JECA 2023 Application fee will be of INR 500/- for candidates of all categories.
• The application fee could only be paid online using Netbanking/ Debit card/ Credit card.The fee once paid was not refundable under any circumstances.
• Candidates are advised to take a print of the filled application form along with the confirmation page for their future reference.
