Shri Krishan Institute of Engineering and Technology [SKIET], Kurukshetra Admission 2023: Cut Off, Scholarship

SKIET offers B.Tech in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Computer Science, and Electronics and Communication Engineering and BBA program. The college also offers B.Tech Lateral Entry program to the students.

Candidates applying to the BBA course must secure pass marks in 10+2 examination conducted by a recognized higher secondary board. For B.Tech, candidate must pass 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as subject. For B.Tech LE, candidate with Diploma in Engineering are eligible to apply.

For B.Tech, candidates with valid scores in JEE Main can register for counselling conducted by Haryana State Technical Education Society (HSTES). Diploma students applying for lateral entry in B.Tech must appear for Haryana LEET before participating in the online counselling process. Admission to BBA is done on the basis of merit in the qualifying examination.

Diploma courses are offered by SKIET in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Computer Science, Automobile and Electronics and Communication Engineering. Candidates must secure pass marks in 10th standard and complete ITI training, or pass 10+2 examinations in science stream in order to be eligible.

Applicants must appear for Haryana DET (Diploma Entrance Test) conducted by HSTES to gain admission in the Diploma courses.

SKIET offers postgraduate courses in management and engineering which includes two-year Masters in Business Administration (MBA) program and M.Tech program. M.Tech program is offered in subjects like Mechanical, Civil, Electronics and Communication, and Computer Science Engineering. Specializations offered in the MBA program include Finance, Marketing and Human Resources Management.

Minimum eligibility for M.Tech is passed in B.E./ B.Tech/ M.Sc. degree from recognized board. For MBA, candidate must have passed Bachelor’s degree from recognized university.

For M.Tech, admission will be done on the basis of GATE score followed by counselling conducted by HSTES. Admission to MBA is done on the basis of CAT/MAT/CMAT/GMAT score followed by HSTES counselling.
