(Any of the three)

Fee structure:

A. General(GEN), North East (NE), Defence (DEF), Paramilitary Force (PMF) & GTA Category (Yearly Fee):

Lump sum: Rs. 2,95,000
Instalments
- First: Rs. 1,53,500
- Second: Rs. 1,53,500

B. Sikkim Quota: 20% of the seats are reserved for candidates selected by Govt. of Sikkim, with concession of 75% of the Tuition fee. The fee structure after concession of Sikkim Quota are as follows (Yearly Fee):

Lump sum: Rs. 1,70,000
Instalments
- First: Rs. 88,400
- Second: Rs. 88,400

Note:

The course fee will remain same for subsequent years. However, Caution Deposit (Refundable after completion of course) of Rs. 5,000/- which is not included in above table is to be paid at the time of admission along with applicable course fees

I asked a friend who is currently pursuing a Btech in EEE from Sikkim Manipal Institute of Technology. Here is what I concluded from his experience

Students can opt for both on and off-campus placements.

The most common recruiters are Dell, Microsoft, HDFC Bank, Axis Bank, ICICI Bank, Sibin Ventures, and other pharma companies.
Students are offered a wide variety of roles like managers, assistant managers, and engineers in different fields like electrical, mechanical, computer, etc.
The range of packages offered is 3 LPA-15 LPA.
The highest package received so far is 15 LPA and the average reached 5-8 LPA.
The placement percentage is around 60-70%.
Some students opt for higher studies to gain more knowledge and become eligible for better packages.
