The college faculty is generally well-qualified and supportive, with most holding Master's degrees and some being PhD holders. There are over 150 faculty members for approximately 5,500 students, creating a favorable student-to-faculty ratio. Teachers are approachable, knowledgeable, and committed to student welfare, often using effective teaching methods to help students understand and excel in their courses.

Classes are supported by regular assessments, including three exams per semester (two mid-semester exams and a final), which are rigorous, especially the mid-semester exams. Attendance is crucial, as 4 marks are awarded for 100% attendance, impacting internal scores. Faculty members are described as friendly and engaged, although some newer additions may lack experience.

A small percentage of faculty might display partiality, but overall, 70% are considered supportive and helpful.
