Kakatiya University College of Engineering, Warangal (formerly known as Kothagudem School of Mines) is the first mining college located in Telangana and the second mining college in India. The main objective of this University is to serve as a leading organization in providing higher education. It also aims to excel in the field of research and teaching through productivity and creativity. Inculcating competitive spirit and zeal among the students is the main vision of this University. It is dedicated towards achieving high standards in research and teaching.
