About MITAOE
The MIT Academy of Engineering (MITAOE) was established under the prestigious MIT group of schools in Pune. The college has recently become the third institute in Pune which has been awarded with ‘Academic autonomy’ by UGC. On top of that, the institute has been accredited with A grade by NAAC and also by NBA for all it’s programs.
The institute offers undergraduate and postgraduate courses in the field of engineering and research. It has started offering Design courses from the academic session 2023-24 as well.

MITAOE Pune Admissions
Due to the current COVID 19 pandemic, the admissions would only be conducted through online mode.
To be eligible for admissions for all the B.Tech courses, the candidate needs to secure qualifying marks in MH CET/JEE MAINS, which is then followed by counselling conducted by DTE Maharashtra.
To be eligible for admissions for the M.Tech courses, the candidate needs to secure qualifying marks in GATE which is then followed by counselling for the exam conducted by DTE Maharashtra.
Note- The MH CET 2020 has also been postponed due to the current COVID 19. The new dates haven’t been announced yet.

The training and placement department of MITAOE is quite impressive and boasts of an excellent placement record. - Library: The central library of MITAOE provides access to a vast number of resources to students in a bid to expand the knowledge base of it’s faculty and students.
The library houses more than 11,000 titles and 48,000 volumes. The library encompasses a huge collection of journals, magazines, e - books CD - DVDs etc.
It also has the facility of a digital library with a large number of e - books, online journals, video lectures, e- resources, exam related materials etc.
The library has also subscribed to video courses from some notable digital learning platforms such as NPTEL, SWAYAM and National Digital Library.
- Sports: The college has a strong foundation for sports owing to its multiple sports facilities.
The college has the facility for many outdoor and indoor sports such as badminton, carrom, chess, football, volleyball, table tennis to help the students stay fit and inculcate sports skills in them.

- Campus of college is very attractive and lots of trees are there
- Courses are good and well organized as point of view of placements.
- Our college faculty are good all activities are conduct in time
- Some of the faculty members are very good they always guide us to a right direction

- Library is good and For studies very big hole is given
- WiFi college have very fast wifi which is of 500 mbps in speed which is very fast.
Dislike
- Almost everybody opts for non-technical subjects when it comes to choosing electives because we know they wont teach us very well, and it would result in poor grades on our scorecard.
- I would mention that there are no placements at this campus; we have to go to the main institute at MIT, Pune for placements.
- College does not provide any loan facility, and the fee structure for the college is very expensive compared to other colleges.
- College does have extracurricular activities, but compared to other colleges, it does not meet the same standards.
- College does have a hostel, but its worth a fortune. The fee for the hostel is around 85,000, which is quite expensive, and food is not even included.
- The only good thing is the Placement Committee of the college; they give their 101% to help students get placed. However, the college management sucks them dry, resulting in producing only mediocre engineers.
