Ranga Raya Medical College was begun as a private school in 1958 by Dr. M. V. Krishnarao, who was a Minister of Education in the composite Madras state.
The Ranga Raya Medical College is a subsidiary of Dr. NTR University of Health Sciences. It is situated in Kakinada, A.P.
- The eligibility requirement for MBBS admission is 10+2 from a recognized board.
- Admission to 200 seats of MBBS will be grated on the abscess of NEET Entrance Exam.
- MD and MS admissions will be granted to candidates having a valid score in NEET PG.
