Lourdes Mount College of Engineering and Technology Placement
There is a separate placement cell instituted inside the campus it is fully dedicated to work throughout the year by inviting companies for recruiting the students. They conduct career guidance program and awareness program about the higher studies for the students.
The placement cell organises in-plant training, industrial visit, project guidance and some workshops during the time of the study. Special training is given for the Tamil medium students to improve their communication skills.
