New Law College offers five years integrated (BA+LLB) course for the candidates who have passed Higher Secondary Examination or 10+2 in any stream with minimum 45% aggregate marks.

It also offers three year LLB program. Applicants for the course must have completed graduation with minimum 10+2+3 year structure. Minimum eligibility for LLB is passed in graduate degree with minimum 45% marks.

Selection of the courses is done on the basis of MAH LLB CET entrance examination.

Key Points:

• Applicants belonging to reserved category are entitled to a relaxation of 5% in the qualifying examination.
• Candidates belonging to NRI, PIO, OCI and Foreign National with required eligibility are not required to appear for CET Examination.
• They must apply only for CAP counselling rounds directly.
• Applicants who have obtained 10+2 or graduation / post-graduation through open universities system directly without having any basic qualification for prosecuting are not eligible for admission in law course.

The college offers two-year LLM course as per the guidelines of Savitribai Phule Pune University for the students who have passed graduation in BA LLB or LLB degree while securing 45% marks in aggregate. Admission is strictly based on the merit of qualifying examination.

• Candidates are required to appear for an interview upon getting shortlisted through merit list.

The College offers Diploma in taxation (D.T.L) and Diploma in Labour Laws & Labour Welfare (D.LL. & L.W.) for the candidates who have passed graduate degree from any University whose degree is recognized equivalent to the corresponding degree of S.P.Pune University. Duration of these courses is of one year.

The college also offers Certificate courses in Human Rights and Alternative Dispute Resolutions Systems (ADR). Minimum eligibility for Certificate in Human Rights is candidate must pass graduate degree from recognized university. For Certificate course in ADR, candidate must pass in 10+2 examination from a recognized board.

Selection to both Diploma and Certificate courses is done on the basis of first come first serve basis.
