Balaji Law College Pune offers five-year BA – LLB program and three-year LLB program to the candidates.
- For BA – LLB, candidates who have passed HSC or equivalent with at least 45% marks are eligible to apply.
- For LLB, candidates are required to pass three-year Bachelor’s degree from recognized university with minimum 45% marks.
- Admissions to both the Law programs are done on the basis of MH LAW CET examination conducted by Department of Higher Education, Pune.
- Seats in all the courses will be allotted through Centralized Admission Process (CAP) conducted by DHE.
- Of the total seats, 65% seats are filled under state quota, 15% seats are filled through All India Category and rest 20% seats are filled through Management Quota.
- For BA LLB, candidate must be of at least 20 years of age in order to become eligible to apply.
- For LLB, candidate must be not more than 30 years of age in order to become eligible to apply.

Balaji Law College Pune BA LLB and LLB Admission 2023
Balaji Law College offers five years integrated BA – LLB and three years professional LLB degree Course.
For BA LLB program, candidates should have passed HSC from a recognized board with at least 45% marks. Candidates who have passed HSC in distance or correspondence mode are also eligible for admission in the integrated five- year course. However, candidates who have passed through Open University system directly without having any basic qualification are not eligible.
Applicants for LLB program should have passed a Bachelor’s degree course with at least 45% marks in aggregate.
Admission to LLB and BA LLB course is done on the basis of MH LAW CET entrance exam.

Key Points:
- For LLB course, an applicant should not be more than 30 years in case of General / OBC candidates and 35 years in case of SC/ST on the date of admission.
- In eligibility criteria, 5% of relaxation is given to SC/ST category students.
