Due to the hype and future purpose, I chose a bachelor of technology in computer science faculty's nature and behaviour towards student is quite good qualification for faculty are most of them are Ph.D. holders quite hard to score good marks.
For NIET there are a total of 2 admission procedures which are as follows.
On-campus:
Visit the campus with your academic transcripts, i.e mark sheets of 1oth, 12th, etc. Let the officials know that you are interested in taking admission for CSE. You may have to take a test to do so. These tests are usually quite easy. Also, just a tip I got from my friends at the institute that good communication skills in English go a long way there.
College Counseling:
Clear a competitive examination, like AIEEE, UPTU with good rank and choose the institute for counseling. You can also select the college based on your Mains score.
Here is the required UPSEE cutoff for CSE in recent years.

You will choose your own path, and how much you are willing to learn is entirely up to you. It is up to you to improve your skills.
NIET is the only college in the Delhi NCR that has the following characteristics:
Recognized by three government bodies: NAAC Grade 'A,' NBA, and NIRF Ranking.
Best faculty members, infrastructure, lab facilities, and round-the-clock placement activities.
Furthermore, the NIET administration is most concerned with placing each student. For student placement, NIET was the first institute in NCR to have a Microsoft Innovation Centre (to provide students with industry-specific training), Prometric Lab, Mock Preparation, TCS Accreditation, and many other facilities.
Thousands of NIET students are working in various MNCs such as Microsoft, Oracle, IBM, Cisco, Google, TCS, Infosys, Wipro, and others, as well as various government organizations in India.
Although you want to work for a large IT firm, if you do not get a job with a large IT firm, do not lose faith in yourself. If you get a job in a small IT company, it's not a bad option for freshers because you'll learn a lot and have more responsibilities.
For CSE, NIET will be the better choice, among these. It has a brilliant CSE faculty. The professors have years of experience in their respective fields. For CSE, NIET placement has been great over the last few years. The average CTC for the branch is INR 3 LPA. Highest CTC goes up to INR 9 LPA. Students are recruited as Data Analysts, Data Managers, Data Scientists, and other similar positions.
You should choose Manav Rachna University over NIET for B.Tech in CSE. Here are the reasons why.
NIET, located in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, is known for its quality education and placement opportunities. The institute offers various undergraduate and postgraduate courses, including a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Computer Science and Engineering (CSE).
As for the average placement of NIET Noida for B.Tech in CSE, it varies from year to year and depends on various factors such as the overall economy, industry trends, and the academic performance of students. However, based on the institute's past placement records, the average placement package for B.Tech CSE students is around 3-4 lakhs per annum.
However, this is only an estimate, and the actual average placement package may vary. Additionally, the placement package also depends on various other factors such as the student's academic performance, communication skills, and overall personality.
NIET Noida has a dedicated placement cell that organizes placement drives, career counseling sessions, and training programs to enhance the employability skills of students. The institute has tie-ups with several reputed companies, including TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Capgemini, and HCL, among others, which regularly participate in the placement drives.
Overall, NIET Noida has a good placement record for its B.Tech CSE students, and with the right skills and performance, students can secure good placement packages from top companies.
NIRF 2020 has ranked LPU at 87, CGC Landran at 201-250 band and NIET Noida at 99 for Engineering. LPU and NIET Noida are affiliated to the University grant Commission and follow the latest course curriculum with practical study and implementation. CGC Landran is affiliated to the Punjab Technical University and its curriculum is slightly outdated which lacks practical study and implementation.
Admission:
CGC Landran offers admission through JEE Mains. The cut-off for CGC Landran CSE Branch was 6,87,300 rank for all India general category students and 10,90,000 for home state students.
Whereas in NIET Noida admissions are provided on the basis of UPSEE Exam, the cut-off rank in 2019 for all India General students was 34,341 for CSE, for OBC it was 55,469.
LPU conducts LPUNEST exam for B tech admissions or it also takes admission on the basis of JEE mains.
CGC Landran has an annual fee of INR 96,000 whereas NIET and LPU charge about INR 1 lakh to 1.5 Lakh per annum.
Campus location and infrastructure:
Situated near the Country capital and in Noida, NIET has the best connectivity among the three colleges followed by LPU and then CGC Landran. Infrastructure wise LPU is better and consisting of excellent facilities and computer centres. CGC Landran and NIET Noida also have good infrastructure.
Placement:
The average package of LPU is 5.4 LPA whereas CGC Landran and NIET Noida have an average package around 3.5 LPA.
The highest package offered by LPU was 42 LPA and by CGC Landran was 35 LPA whereas NIET Noida had a lower maximum package of 11 LPA.
The placement percentage in all the three colleges are 100% and the colleges are visited by reputed national and international companies.
For the CSE course, LPU is a good choice. The other two are also good. The decision should be made by the candidate not only on the above parameters as required but according to the connectivity of the college from the home town and annual fee of the college.
CGC Landran and NIET Noida both offer Computer Science Engineering, however, there are a number of discrepancies that come into the picture when it comes to comparing the course at each university. The following points elaborate on the areas of eligibility, fee structure, placements, and faculty.
Admission:
Fee Structure:
Placements:
Faculty:
Most students are known to consider CGC Landran due to its well-known placement rate. Students should highly consider this point if they are especially looking for jobs post their degree. Other than this, fees and placement companies are points where CGC Landran tops NIET.
