How are the hostels at PGIMS in Rohtak?

The hostel rooms at PGIMS Rohtak is decent. First-year students are allocated single rooms. From the second year onwards choose between a single room, shared cubicle, or dormitory. The hostel rooms have enough space for a single person. There are balconies attached to the rooms. Washrooms are wall-maintained and cleaned on a daily basis. Food offered in the mess is above average.

The environment on campus a peaceful and ideal for academics.

The kind of hostel you are allotted at PGIMS Rohtak depends on the course you opt for. MBBS students are usually allotted 3 hostels depending on the year of their course. Usually, first-year MBBS girls are allotted the Yamuna Hostel which is located near the OPD, while second-year MBBS students are allotted Krishna Hostel which comes under MDU and PGI and lastly, the 3rd year, students are transferred to the Ganga Hostel near the auditorium. Let's look at the hostel facilities of each of these hostels individually

Yamuna Hostel: This is the most decent hostel that serves amazing food. The first and second-floor bathrooms are cleaned regularly. You will find the warden to be a little strict so if you have brought electric kettles and iron, keep them hidden.
Krishna Hostel: This hostel has spacious rooms, clean bathrooms, and average food. The biggest drawback is the distance from college so you will have to arrange a convenience of your own although a bus picks up and drops students too.
Ganga Hostel: This is the worst hostel almost in ruins. The facilities are pathetic.
