CS Foundation Course Fees

CS Foundation is an 8-month long course and is the first level of the Company Secretary course. The course fee of the Company Secretary Foundation is INR 4500. This fee is payable at the time of admission and it can be paid by various options like debit card, credit card, net banking, or through bank challans.

CS Executive Course Fees

CS Executive is a 9-month long program and is the second level of the Company Secretary course. There are several ways of enrolling in a CS Executive course. A candidate can enroll in the CS Executive course after completing the CS Foundation course or after clearing the CSEET entrance test or after completing graduation/ post-graduation. There are different admission fees for different entries in a CS Executive course.

CS Professional Course Fees

CS Professional is a 15-month long program and is the third and final level of the Company Secretary course. A candidate after clearing the CS Executive course is eligible for the CS Professional course. The admission fee for the CS Professional Course is INR 12000. The fee can be paid by various options like debit card, credit card, net banking, or through bank challans.

CS Final Course Fees

The complete Company Secretary program consists of three levels. The first level is CS Foundation. The second level is the CS Executive program. The third level is the CS Professional program. The fee for the CS Foundation program is INR 4500. The fees for the CS Executive course range from INR 10,600 to 15,600 depending upon the type of admission. The fee for the CS Professional course is INR 12,000. The total CS course fees range between INR 27,100 to INR 32,000.

CSEET Fees

Company Secretary Executive Entrance Test or CSEET is an entrance test that is an alternative option to the CS Foundation Program. After qualifying in CSEET, a candidate can directly apply for the CS Executive program. The registration fee for CSEET is INR 1000 per student per appearance. There is a CSEET Classes advance fee of INR 1000 which is optional and can be remitted by students towards CSEET classes by Regional/Chapter offices of ICSI at the time of CSEET Registration.

CSEET Concessions

Students belonging to various categories are provided concessions in the CSEET registration fee. These categories are listed below.

• Students belonging to the SC or ST category are provided a 50% concession.
• Students who are physically handicapped are provided a 50% concession.
• Students who are wards and widows of Martyrs and Defence Service Personnel with 
• Students with Permanent Disabilities are provided 100% concession.
• Students who are serving/ retired Personnel of Defence Services and Paramilitary 
• Forces are provided 50% concession.
• Students who are ICSI Staff and Wards/ Spouses of ICSI Staff are provided a 75% concession.
• Students who are ICLS Officers/ Officers & Staff of MCA and affiliated offices (NCLT, SFIO 
• and CCI) are provided 100% concession.
• Students from North Eastern States, Andaman & Nicobar Islands, 
• Lakshadweep & Himachal Pradesh are provided a 50% concession.
• Students from the Union Territories of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh are provided 100% concession.

CS Fees for De Novo, Re-Registration and Continuation

In case, the registration of students of the Executive and Professional Programs expires then they may apply for registration De Novo. There are two cases.

• Case 1: Students may apply for Registration De-novo within two years of the expiry of former registration and the registration fee for this is INR 2000.
• Case 2: If students fail to apply for Registration De-novo within two years of the expiry of Registration, they may still seek Registration de-novo within a maximum period of five years from the expiry of the former registration and the registration fee for this is INR 3000.

In case of Re-Registration to the Professional Program (For Students who have passed the Intermediate Course / Executive Program of CS Course under any Syllabus, Registrations have expired but are not eligible for Registration De Novo), the registration fee is INR 12000.

In the case of Continuation of Registration (For Students who have passed the Professional Program of CS Course, Registrations have expired but are yet to comply with all Training Requirements to become entitled to become a Member of ICSI), the continuation registration fee is INR 1000 per year.

CS Examination Fee

The examination for all three courses (Foundation, Executive, and Professional) of the Company Secretary is conducted twice a year (in June and December). An examination fee is charged for these exams. The exam fee structure is shown below.

(Note: Surcharge for appearing in Examinations from Overseas Centre (Dubai) (over and above normal Examination Fee) is USD 100.)

CS Post Registration Fees

Sometimes the students after enrolling into a CS program have to make some post-registration changes such as name change, signature change, photograph change, verification of educational qualifications, etc. So, for such changes, a post-registration fee is charged. Some of the post-registration fees are listed below.

• For making some name changes, the fee is INR 200.
• For changing the photograph, the fee is INR 100.
• For changing the signature, the fee is INR 100.
• For the Paper-wise Exemption (based on Higher Qualifications viz. Final course of ICMAI (The Institute of Cost Accountants of India) and LL.B. with 50% Marks), the fee is INR 1000 per paper.
• For issuing the duplicate pass certificate, the fee is INR 236 (inclusive of GST at 18%).
• For issuing transcripts, the fee is INR 295 (inclusive of GST at 18%).
• For verification of educational qualification, the fee is INR 590 (inclusive of GST at 18%).
