Important Dates
The field of electrical engineering directs its interest to a broad spectrum of topics including energy supply, information transmission, robotics, medical technology, and automatization technology. In order to do this spectrum justice, RWTH has unified three disciplines into a single course of study: Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, and Computer Engineering.
Eligibility & Entry Requirement
Following are the entry requirements to this Program :
- General higher education entrance qualification (Abitur), subject-specific university entrance qualification, or an equally recognized university entrance qualification or an equally recognized university entrance qualification (HZB)
- All international applicants who are not legally equivalent to German citizens, such as non-EU students, must submit a TestAS certificate when applying for an undergraduate course of study
- Proof of German language skills at C1 level when enrolling.
- An extremely important requirement for a successful application is that all documents are completed and submitted on time
