The program in Communications Engineering deals with communications systems and the electronics of communications systems. There is zero tuition fees for all students at TUM. However all the students are entitled to pay a semester fee of 147.40€ ( 154.39 USD) which includes Student Union fees and the basic semester ticket for public transportation in Munich.

Eligibility & Entry Requirement
- Students should have a Bachelor’s degree from recognized institutions or universities.
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in electrical engineering and/or information technology.
- The MSCE Program expects all students to acquire German language skills at the end of the second semester.
- GRE/GATE score is optional.
- Proof of proficiency in the English language by scoring in TOFEL or IELTS.
- Proof of proficiency in the German language (optional).

To apply for the MS Automotive Engineering program of TUM, you must have completed a bachelor's degree or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field from a recognized university. You must demonstrate proficiency in English through a recognized language test such as TOEFL, IELTS, or equivalent. Submission of GRE score is necessary for admission in this program.
To apply for the Master in Renewable Energy program of TUM you must have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as engineering, natural sciences, or mathematics, with a minimum GPA of 2.5 on a 4.0 scale. Along with this you must also have a valid ELP test score. GRE score is not optional but preferred.
