Nutritional Science is a varied program that looks into all phenomena related to human nutrition: The spectrum of topics ranges from motives for choosing food to the influence of ingredients on cellular and body functions and the analysis of these to the influence of microorganisms on food. The objective is to educate experts who can independently solve problems related to nutrition.

- Biology and Chemistry
- Mathematics
- Good expressive skills in German and good understanding of English texts
- Tendency to get to the bottom of things
- Thinking in terms of contexts
- Advantageous: Dietetics (not a requirement!)
