The technology component emphasizes advanced crop production technology in accordance with the present and future development in the plantation sector. It also covers safety of agricultural production both for domestic as well as export market. The management component, on the other hand, covers a wide range of subject matters ranging from operational management in plantations to international agricultural trading. The objectives of the programme include enhancing knowledge related to plantation technology, management and entrepreneurship of the plantation executives.
