I have a strong belief that I can boost a student’s self-esteem and their confidence

My journey started as a professor in the department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering. As soon as I finished my doctorate in EEE, I became principal during the year 2017 and gained several years of experience. Even though I have worked in various colleges. if you ask me which position was the happiest one, I would happily say the position of the principal in AMACE.Looking back on my career, I can honestly say that I learned more about life when I was a Principal because I have a strong belief that I can boost a student’s self-esteem and boost their self-confidence too. When I turn back to look at the journey of my career I love the phase when I was a professor too.

We have adopted several marketing approaches to reach many long-term goals

Our college aims to attract and retain more students at our campus. We have adopted several marketing approaches to reach this long-term goal. We Brainstorm on the long-term, annual, and short-term goals before laying out the actual plan.

For example, one of our goals was to develop a website for our college. To achieve this goal, we required a website design in plan before launching the website. After developing our website our aim is to increase visitors.Other marketing plans include:

  • Encouraging support for using social media
  • Positive image is maintained by nurturing community relationships
  • The effective use of digital media also will help to deliver messages to students and parents

I have worked as a Principal in several colleges, but I find AMACE is a suitable place to enjoy the teaching as well as the learning process . Our college has several strengths. It has well constructed buildings and well equipped laboratories. We feel proud to share that students of AMACE excel in their stream because the management of AMACE provides constant encouragement and pays special attention to develop the knowledge of students. They motivate our students to be more initiative and innovative.
