What are your roles and responsibilities towards the university and the students?

“To ensure that their doubts are cleared on time and they are they are becoming better humans”

My basic accountabilities towards my students are to develop excellent communication skills, be friendly and polite, and make practical applications of what they learn are some of the major roles that students play as learners in education.

What courses does the Columbia Institute of Technology provide to students?

“We do offer various engineering and management programs at our institute”

The functioning of our institute is that we offer courses in Bachelor of Engineering with mechanical engineering, computer science, electronics telecommunication, electrical and electronics and civil engineering along with the post-graduation program Master of Technology in computers and lastly Master of Business Administration.

What are the opportunities available for the growth of the students at your institute?

We provide all types of facilities to our students such as mess and canteen in where we provide fresh food to our students, hostel where they can stay and it saves their time and energy because otherwise they have to arrange everything for them and we have very huge ground for our students where they can play sports activities of their choices and keep themselves physically and mentally fit.

What are the future goals of your institute?

“To provide the best education to students and make them better citizens”

Our future goals for now and upcoming years is to deliver futuristic technical education:

How do you establish a healthy relation and environment in your institute?

As we all know good things and values percolate from the top management to faculty, staff and students, like the sense of belongingness, total employee involvement, responsibility towards society and the environment, this all help us to have cordial relationships, respect for each other and to maintain harmony among all the stakeholder. As we all know that students love seeing their teachers at their sporting events, speech and debate competitions, and drama productions. Any suggestions you would like to give to the current youth and aspiring students?

“Prepare yourself in the best possible way for future challenges”

I would suggest my students learn new skills, to look for new opportunities to learn and incorporate the best values in their life. We have to be ready for what’s out there waiting for us in the future. Every industrial revolution brought a lot of changes, and this is not going to be the exception to the rule. The thing is, that yes, the future of work will bring a lot of changes, and some jobs will be obsolete, but also a lot of new jobs will be created.
