What is your philosophy of leadership?

If someone respects you behind your back and takes pleasure in learning from you, then I would say that someone has added value. As a leader, I try to maintain an affiliation with my team and department, because for me, "people come first".
How does the curriculum of your institute ensure the best practice of industry?
“Practical learnings and field exposure for students benefit”
A more extensive knowledge-sharing experience is available with external experts holding rich industrial experience to give students more practical exposure. We offer special instruction in Microsoft Office, Personal Development, and corporate training by providing special classes that simulate corporate culture for students. Following their final semesters, they are ready to enter the workplace.
What do you think should be the University’s top priority over the next 10 years?
“Dynamic changes to the syllabus and building industry-ready students”
Our goal is to update the University curriculum from time to time according to current events. It has not been updated in decades. We need to focus on the welfare of faculty and their motivation. Because motivated faculty will perform better.

The Institutes must be improved by the University according to our high expectations. In terms of the quality of education, universities ought to view Institutes as their wards and should be concerned with how these institutes develop.
Are there any placement opportunities for the students?
“A dedicated training and placement department to place students in companies”
Yes, there was huge involvement and support of our Training and Placement department in order to get the students placed in companies even during hard times like Covid. We want our students to be exposed to a maximum number of opportunities.
How is your relationship with the students of your college?
“We believe in transparency and positive interactions”
A great connection of students is needed with faculty in order to attain success rate, hence it was maintained immensely well by me with my students even with online class culture. I have always had a very positive and constructive relationship with the students.
