It is imperative to provide a learning environment to the students for them to grow. On a concluding note he share that the institute aims to create future leaders who can identify and serve the needs of the community.

Education industry gives plenty of opportunities and exposure to the students

The best thing about working in the education industry is the amount of exposure a person getswith the young minds. Each student is different from another and each one has a unique ideaof their own and exposure multiple perspectives is something we can only find in the educationindustry. Another thing about the education industry is that each day we interact with the future ofour country and world. We have a chance to instill knowledge in large groups of thepopulation.

An effective leader should preach what they practice

Practice what you preach. A leader can be a great leader if he himself follows the principlesHe expects others to follow. Our actions speak louder than words and it is through our actionsthat people will learn. A philosophy that helps to be a leader and come out of a crisis isself-realization and knowing yourself better. When you come across any crisis ask that onequestion “What would the person who I want to be done in this situation do?” This simplephilosophy can many times help us come through difficult times effortlessly.

I have always believed the fact that to be a leader you have to be the part of the team. To come out of any situation successfully, a leader should actively participate rather than just instructing his people to do the job. A leader has to lead from the front by taking action, demonstrating what needs to be done, and keeping the team organized and making sure that all the team members are on the same page and contributing equally.

Most institutions face trust issues and lack of understanding while working as a team

When working individually it becomes easier to do the job. It can take time but you are sureof your capabilities and strength. But when it comes to working as a team there are manyaspects that we need to keep in mind. No doubt when we work as a team, the work finishesat a faster pace but there are many difficulties that we face. One of the major problems that most institutions face is the lack of trust and understanding between the employees.Sometimes, team members make mistakes and it could be hard for you to trust them with anyanother decision. But as a team, it is important to trust your team-mates and function as a team.During such a time of crisis, it’s important the leader stays neutral and try best to counsel theteam members. People will be committing mistakes but it's a leader's job to rectify their mistakes and make them understand in a soft tone about what they did.

A student should always be keen to explore new perspectives

The first quality that every student must possess is discipline; apart from that a student should always be keen to learn new things. He should always have a positive attitude towards the different things happening around him. More than that he should have the passion for the subject he has taken up. Passion and Perseverance are qualities that are also highly sought in a student.

An ideal school environment embraces the idea that all students can learn

An ideal school environment embraces the idea that all students can learn. For them, allstudents are unique in their own way. An ideal school environment ensures safe learningspaces for students. In an ideal school environment, the teacher cares about student learningand adopt their instruction to meet the needs of their learners. A parent is the first teacher ofevery student and an ideal school environment takes the help of the parent in bringing out thebest out of the students.

A teacher must possess the capability of maximizing the learning potential of each student

To build a healthy relationship with the students, a teacher needs to understand the child first. He/She must possess the capability of maximizing the learning potential of each student in their class. Trust is very important in every relation and the same is in the case of a teacher & student. To know the student better, the teacher has to find out their interests. The conversation betweenthem should not be limited to classroom and studies, they have to initiate conversations withthem about sports, TV, or school activities. In our college, we have a mentor system where eachfaculty is assigned a group of students. The role of the mentor is to guide the students andhelping them through the different problems they will face each day.

The pillar on which our students could build their success story is our dedicated Training and Placement team

The pillar on which our students could build theirsuccess story is our dedicated Training and Placement team, who operates round the year tofacilitate contacts between companies and graduates. The Training & Placement Cellorganizes regular TI, PI & Career guidance programs for all the students starting from the firstyear. The cell arranges training programs like Mock Interviews, Group Discussions, Communication Skills Workshop etc and it also organizes Public Sector Exam Training for students who are interested to join Government Sectors.
