“The contemporary challenges and innovations in the field of education”

The day-to-day innovations always keep me motivated to do things better for the development of the education system in our country. Also, for improving the quality and efficacy of the education sector in any professional career we carry around a few challenges like student orientation for knowledge, better value based learning and skill development of students. I always hunt for solutions and take it as my motivation to stay inbound and move in the education sector.

What is your philosophy of leadership?

“Clear responsiveness and high productivity”

My leadership includes making people responsible and more self-reliant, and motivating them to accomplish the assigned tasks within the given framework of time. This also includes the optimum participation as well as contribution of each of the stakeholders in actualizing the vision of the organisation. In this way you can lead to the higher productivity and recognition of the organisation.

How does the curriculum at your college ensure the best practice of industry?

“Implementation of outcome-based education and training sessions”

The strategies and planning are always made by keeping the interest of the students first. We focus on practical classes and industrial visits, research and value-added courses to inculcate in students various aspects of the industrial world and practical learning. We often serve them mentorship and counselling programmes as well as alumni connect programmes to educate them on self-awareness and better understanding of subjects. In addition, to bridge the gap between industry and academia, we started a number of programs like educational trips, conferences, seminars, short term training programmes, mentoring the students by industry people, etc.
