What are your roles and responsibilities towards the students?

How do you tend to establish healthy relations with the students and fellow faculty?

Starting on the first day of school, we believe in building positive relationships with students and parents. We must establish clear communication with students. We need to understand their needs. How do you try to bring in a practical approach towards subjects?

“Implementation of differentiated teaching-learning strategies”

• By conducting department-wise workshops on all major subjects.
• Conducting webinars and seminars by industry experts on a regular basis.
• Insisting students to go for In-plant training and Industrial visits.

What are the challenges you faced while uplifting the quality of education of your Institute?

What has been your vision for the growth of this college?

“To become a trustworthy educational institute and provide quality education”

As a vision, I aimed to achieve the top position and work in all areas that needed to be improved. In addition, the goal is to inspire the youth of the world to think big, have a positive impact on society, and overcome obstacles using my experience. It is my life's goal to live it fully, grow my reality so that it reflects my internal growth, and die without regrets.

What do you see as the college’s greatest strengths?

“A dedicated pool of students and faculty along with excellent infrastructure”

Students are our strength. All come from rural backgrounds and are very hardworking and depicted. We believe they can be moulded into great professionals as per industry requirements. We are proud of our modern labs with all equipment. Our College has great infrastructure and we have all facilities.
