What are the key factors that keep you connected to the field of education?

“Choosing a life of service and significance”

I would have to say that there isn’t anyone reason but rather several reasons. I showed an inclination towards teaching profession from early on in life and over the period it grew into my passion. I consider working in the field of academics to be the noblest thing to do. It is also something that’s provided me with strength and solace in challenging times. Teaching has always filled my heart with giving back to society something significant.

What is your philosophy of leadership? How would you describe your leadership style?

“Lead by example”

In my opinion, leadership is not a one-time random activity. It’s much higher and profound. It’s the way you reflect your behaviour to others. I believe a leader will have to demonstrate the qualities they wish to inculcate in others. An inclusive environment where ideas are pooled from every possible colleague, peers or even subordinates is certainly going to create a thriving work culture, set to overcome all potential challenges.

What do you see as Ganpat University greatest strengths?

Our core strength lies in providing an overall environment to students in which they can thrive while studying.

With a wide gamut of tailor-made courses to choose from offered entirely in English language, MUIS offers Dual-Degree integrated programs with exit option after B.Sc. in the core fields of science like Microbiology, Biotechnology, Mathematics, Chemistry and Physics. There are as many programs for M.Sc. with an additional specialization in Botany. Several M.Phil. and PhD research programs are also offered to those having a particular aptitude for advanced research in the various fields of science. Our PGDMLT program is one of its kind offering valuable insights and imparting sound knowledge to the students aspiring to come up in the field of medical technology.

Any suggestions you would like to give to the current youth and the aspiring students?

“Do not let adversities become a hindrance”

My advice to all young aspirants will be to always chase your dreams, never stop trying, never stop learning. The course of life is not going to be a smooth sail and it is often fraught with challenges. Cherish a vision in your heart and continuously work for it because the vision that you glorify in your mind, the idea that you pursue in your heart, that exact person you’ll become.
