What are your roles and responsibilities towards the students?
“Assisting and flourishing the growth of students”
The students arrive with high hopes and expectations in a University/college. It is our job to carry it forward and solidify whatever information we have in order to empower, lead and assist them in achieving their goals and ambitions. The faculty’s primary job is to assist and support them in teaching and help them to excel in their life.
How do you tend to establish healthy relations with the students and fellow faculty?
“Incorporating an interactive work culture”
Communication, in my opinion, is crucial. It is critical to have in-depth conversations with everyone you encounter, particularly at the Institute. Two-way dialogue between students and teachers allows us to better understand their perspectives and the challenges they encounter. It’s easy to tell people what to do when you’re in this position, but it takes a lot of effort to listen to them and comprehend their problems. We need to talk to them about it and find a common ground where they can communicate with us so that we can all work together to help them create their future.
What extracurricular activities do you offer to enhance the skills of the students?
“Subjective and skill developing events and activities”
Extracurricular activities, in my opinion, are the most important part of learning since they offer an environment conducive to appropriate learning and skill development. It enables us to communicate with and comprehend them in a better way. We engage in a variety of activities like NCC, NSS, various cultural programs and events, sports and athletic meets, etc. to fulfill every possible need of a student. A number of workshops, seminars and symposiums are also organized to teach students skills related to subjects and by organizing such events they are able to learn team-building skills and leadership qualities as well.

How do you help your student to cope up with the high competition outside?
“Inculcating best knowledge and skills through improvised classroom structure”
We assist students to gain skills and prepare them in accordance with industry requirements throughout their journey. We empower and encourage students in developing stronger abilities, improving cooperation and collaborations, and developing better conceptions of key courses in order to instill stronger skills that will offer them a competitive advantage outside the classroom. To improve their confidence and learning, frequent classroom activities include group discussions and quizzes.
What approaches do you bring in apart from curriculum to train the students?
“On-field analysis and training”
Through our outcome-based learning techniques and different training programs, we prepare students to be life-ready professionals. We conduct field trips, industrial visits, and field projects in addition to the curriculum to teach students subject knowledge and expose them to the real world.

What valuable advice would you give to the students to have a prosperous career?
“Keep upskilling and polishing yourself”
Students must begin preparing far ahead of time. They must study and cultivate better fundamental principles from the beginning of their technical careers, as well as several programming languages.
