Guest House: The university provides accommodation to its visitors and guests on payment. The Guest House facilitates 16 AC suites with double bed & attached bathroom, One common kitchen & dining hall. Facilities such as Wi-Fi internet & food can be arranged on request.

Central Mess: There are 32 hostels. 22 hostels for boys and 10 hostels for girls with a total of 3,500 capacity. Every hostel has in-house lecturer-superintendents (a unique feature) besides matrons, welfare officers and caretakers. Hostels are provided with telephone, cable TV, newspapers, magazines, indoor and outdoor games, water purifiers, voltage stabilizers, and generators, etc.

Gym: There is an ultra-modern multi gym with an instructor who is provided to keep the students fit round the year. The gym is equipped with all the modern exercising equipments such as Treadmills, Upright Bike, Recumbent bikes, Elliptical Cross Trainer, Eglide, Spin Bike, Stair Climber, Life Fitness Cardio, Nautilus and Stair Master, etc.

Auditorium: The university has an air-conditioned auditorium that is equipped with modern equipment such as multimedia projectors and high-quality sound systems, it has large lobbies and verandahs, which are ideal venues for conferences and exhibitions. Many dignitaries have graced this imposing edifice. A seating capacity of about 400 participants to host smaller events.

What Students Say?

The course curriculum is the best, and the syllabus is well-planned and perfect for acquiring knowledge and training.
I talked to my seniors, and they said that the internship opportunities were very good, and you can take part in all types of facilities.
Placements are good; moreover, most of the famous IT companies are coming here to get the best of the best students they can find.
The fee structure for BTech is 1,35,000 and the hostel fee is 70,000. There are lots of scholarship opportunities, like Sukanya for girls and Odisha gov scholarship, and more than 50+ companies come every year with a guaranteed placement rate of 92%!
The campus is very good and has a playground, swimming pool, library, and theatre inside it, providing exposure to the students.
The hostel facility is very good, and there are separate hostels for boys and girls. The hostel department takes care of every student in the hostel, and the hostel is under CCTV control at all times. The food and all the facilities are very good.
It is the best college in Odisha that offers the best placement opportunities to students, with a minimum annual salary of 6 lakhs!

Dislike

I think its a bit boring and less helpful for the people of our generation to cope with the current growing world, which requires practical knowledge.
Placements and job opportunities are below 5%, but my college shows up to 90-98%, which is 100% fake placement results.
Because the cutoff percentage for eligibility for this scholarship was lower in comparison to general or other caste candidates.
Students are not allowed to have birthday cakes during birthday celebrations at 12 a.m., and if you are found with cakes, they will be seized at the campus gate.
In the hostel, there are very poor facilities provided to us, such as the mess food not being good and the services not being well.
Overall, my experience is very bad for faculties, teaching, management, extra-curricular activities, hostel, and mess food.
