What are the key factors that keep you connected with the education sector?

Lifelong learning is an important key factor in acquiring new knowledge and upgrading one's skills”

As an educator, I don’t just teach students, I also have to keep upskilling and learn the current trends. Teaching and Research are my passions, which has kept me connected with the education sector.

Education should be not only comprehensive and sustainable but must continuously evolve to meet the challenges of the fast-changing and unpredictable globalized world.


What is your philosophy of leadership?

“A mixture of various approaches leading up to adaptability, according to the situation”

Effective education leadership means adapting one’s leadership style to suit a situation. I am using a combination of Democratic leadership, Transformational leadership, Pedagogical/instructional leadership, Supportive leadership styles as per the situation.


How do you strategize for the marketing of your college?

“‘7 Ps’ of service marketing: Product, Price, Place, Promotion, People, Process and Physical Evidence”

Marketing strategy for the key programs covers 

  • Product: Introduction of new and need-based academic programs.
  • Price: Affordable fee structure 
  • Place: At the central place of the district with very good connectivity.
  • Promotion: It is mainly through the course outcomes, Alumni’s, placements produced, 13 MoU’s to assist students, etc
  • People: Well qualified and dedicated teaching staff.
  • Process: Class Room Teaching, extra-curricular activities, organization of guest lectures, seminars, workshops, etc.
  • Physical Evidence: State of the art infrastructure in terms of classrooms, laboratories, library, etc.

It attempts to align the program structure and course contents with student aspirations & recruiter expectations. This syllabus also attempts to align with the National Goal of “Make in India”, “Start-Up and Stand – Up India” and “Digital India”. Choice Based Credit System (CBCS) offers wide-ranging choices for students to opt for courses based on their aptitude and their career goals.
