Understanding constant change in education reforms connects me with the education sector. Moreover, implementing the 7 P’s of Education include Parents’ Desire, Parental Pressure, Peer Persuasion, Past Performance, Potential, Placements, Personality Driven, and Affordability (Paisa).

A merit-cum-means based scholarship is a collective term for scholarships that take both the academic merit and the financial need of the student into consideration for disbursal. Many State Level Scholarship Schemes are also been taken into consideration so that to help students from various states at IITM such as West Bengal Student Credit Card Scheme Prime Minister Special Scholarship Scheme (PMSSS), Jammu and Kashmir, Post Matric Scholarship Scheme (PMS), and Bihar Minority (Muslim) students through the NSP portal.

Our role is to be a Centre of Excellence in education and research producing global leaders in Science, Technology, Management, Arts and Health Sciences etcetera through serving as a valuable resource for industry and society. We remain a source of pride for all stakeholders and contribute to the improvement of life by application of knowledge. To align the institutes’, few activities serve national interest and seek to draw the best expertise in Science ,Technology , Management , Arts and Health Sciences etcetera so as to equip students with the skills to visualize, synthesize and execute projects in these fields. To develop human potential to its fullest extent so that intellectually capable and imaginatively gifted leaders can emerge in a wide range of professions. To create an environment that shall foster the growth of intellectually capable, innovative and entrepreneurial professionals, who shall contribute to the growth of Science ,Technology , Management , Arts and Health Sciences etcetera in partnership with industry and develop and harness it for the welfare of the nation and mankind.
