How did you train yourself and your faculty to deliver this program to students in the best possible way?

"We train ourselves through learning platforms like Swayam, NPTEL along with FDPs"

All the faculty members of my Department are highly educated and experienced, and to keep pace with latest industrial and educational trends, we keep ourselves updated with day to day happenings of both the sectors. And we pursue training programs through various online and offline learning platforms to up-skill ourselves and learn beyond books. Apart from this, to learn new technologies, we attend Faculty Development Programs and workshops, which are generally conducted by our college and also do certification courses through Swayam and NPTEL sites.

How do you integrate your courses in line with industrial requirements?

"By organizing professional visits for students and helping them to do internships in good companies"

We have signed MoU's with more than 20 industries in all over India, through which we send our students in esteemed organizations to work on real time projects and also to educate them how the people and processes are working together in industries and what are their latest offerings and expectations. This approach not only gives them a better understanding of the working culture of industries, but also helps them to secure good jobs in companies during recruitment drives.

Any suggestions which you would like to give to the current youth and aspiring students?

"The domain of ECE has limitless growth opportunities, so keep upskilling yourself"

As we know, in today's time everything is getting digitized, which actually creates vast scope for ECE students with respect to job opportunities. So I would advise my students to think consciously and pursue B. Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering, because in the upcoming time, the market will be flooded with jobs for ECE Engineers and Chip Designing is a growing field, because micro devices will be required to share large amounts of data over the internet. So, keep learning and enhancing your skills and stay focused towards your goals.
