About MPUAT
Maharana Pratap University of Agriculture and Technology, also known as MPUAT Udaipur, is a state university established in 1999 by Rajasthan Agricultural University. MPUAT is accredited by ICAR, recognized by AICTE and affiliated to Association of Indian Universities (AIU). The institute offers various graduates, postgraduates, doctoral level courses in Agriculture, Fisheries, Dairy and Food, Engineering and Technology.
MPUAT awards bachelor’s degree in 13 disciplines, master’s degree in 27 specialization subjects and doctor’s degree in 25 specializations. Admissions are both entrance and merit-based followed by counselling and interview and the application process is both online and offline.

MPUAT, Udaipur Admissions
- Admissions are based on merit in the last qualified exam as well as merit in the entrance exam.
- For admission to B.Tech programs, 10+2 from Rajasthan board or any reputed board is basic eligibility. They also qualified the cut off score of the Entrance Exam ICAR AIEEA/ JEE Mains or JET.
- Admission in B.Sc, B.F.Sc and M.F.Sc are based on the merit score achieved in the last exam followed by the interview. The candidate must qualify 10+2 with the required subject.
- Admissions to M.Tech are based on the GATE Exam and 50% aggregate in BE/ B.Tech.
- For MBA admissions, internal examinations followed by GD and PI is the selection criteria.
- For Ph.D, the candidate must have cleared UGC-NET/JRF/SET and depend on the pre-qualified examination.

- Candidates must fill the admission application form either online or offline.
- Candidates can fill the online form through the official website of MPUAT and the fees of the online registration form will be submitted through online mode.
- Candidates can also fill the registration form offline and the form will be submitted in the college within specified duration.
- Once the acceptance of the form is closed, no form will be accepted at any cost.

- This college is one of the best colleges of Agriculture, which is also created by the government of India called ICAR.
- Internship at Mahindra Nagpur, Cftri Assam, MrfttmiHisar, Tafe Banglore are good sources for agriculture. There are ample facilities and large sources available for students in the agriculture branch. Major projects are also available in this session.
- The placement cell of our university arranges many campus interviews for the students in the final semester.
- There are many fields available for jobs, and there are also very good campus placements available for all students.
- There is a good facility for sheeting in the library to read newspapers and books.
- Hostels are nice with ample space in rooms. The food in the mess is also very good. On Sundays, you get special meals which are delicious.
- A group of good students, named KISAN STUDENT UNION (KSU), has been established by some intelligent students who do not favor any type of casteism or racism. You can contact them.

- I had a very bad and argumentative relationship with some of the professors because they didnt want to listen to the problems of students.
