What do you think should be the College’s top priority over the next 10 years?

"It would be to update our curriculum and training programs in line with industry needs"

And after pursuing an MBA Degree from our college, students can work as a Leader, Financial Analyst, Certified NISM Trader, Talent Acquisition Specialist, Payroll Specialist, Digital Marketing Analyst, Operations Manager, Systems Analyst and professionals also have the option of becoming an Entrepreneur and start their own business from scratch through our incubation center. 

How do you strategize and update the curriculum to make it befitting for the students?

We offer a full time MBA Program along with PGDM Courses and our PGDM courses constitute 20 domain related program offerings. Some of them include NISM Certification, Google Workspace, HR Analytics, Digital Marketing, Core Accounting and 100 hours Stock Trading program to make students learn and do Stock Trading. And We do have experts with amazing industry and academic experience to train our students and incorporate all practical aspects and techniques in them to make them industry ready. 

How does your college prepare students for placements?

"We offer them 3 months of paid apprenticeship in reputed organizations"

Our college provides 3 months of paid internship along with a stipend of upto INR 20000 per month in top MNC's based on their domain specializations to all the students who have enrolled for our MBA full time program. And the basic idea behind this is to help them utilize their existing skills, learn new one and to equip them with required capabilities to work in a corporate environment.

Which extracurricular activities are organized in college to enhance the skills of students?

"We organise different kinds of technical and creative activities on regular basis"

We have different kinds of clubs such as Digital Marketing, Technocrat and Enviro Clubs in the first semester and Future Work Wizards, Budding Biz Club, Recreation Clubs during the second semester to conduct co-curricular activities in college and we encourage students to show their maximum participation in these activities as it will allow them to work, learn and innovate through the process of peer learning. It will also give them opportunities to create work related simulations and we also offer cross functional training to them.

What is your philosophy of leadership? 

"Open collaboration and communication is the best way to fulfill shared goals"

I believe in a collaborative way of working as every team member's contribution and skills are equally required to fulfill the shared goals. And when a leader wants to achieve something he discusses the same with his team and determines the path to achieve that goal collectively. In AAM, we always encourage the morale of our team by enhancing their skills, giving them the required freedom they need to perform well and lastly by giving them an open channel to put forward their views.

Any valuable advice which you would like to give to the students to have a prosperous career ahead?

I would like to advise my students to keep upgrading their skills and knowledge so that whatever their aspirations are they can fulfill those and become great professionals. Also identify your passion and develop such habits which can cater to your self interest. As we all know, making a good career is a long-term investment because we all need to invest our time in fine tuning our basics & foundation.
