He is a strong education professional with a Bachelors & Masters Degree in Computer Science from Lovely Professional University. Kulwinder Singh has more than 9 years of experience in Teaching, Problem Solving using C, PHP, Python. He has organized numerous Technical Events like 24 & 36 Hours Hackathons, FDPs, and workshops. Currently, handling the Department of International Affairs at PCBT. He also became a Vice President of the Institution Innovation Council (IIC PCBT), a council established under the Ministry of Education and MoE’s innovation Cell. He has authored many research papers that have been published in IEEE, SCOPUS, and UGC-approved journals.

You have held key positions at education institutes throughout your professional career. What are the key factors that keep you connected with the education sector?

“Constant learning and up-skills for the latest trends keeps me connected with the education sector”

Every educational system is influenced and shaped by a variety of elements. I believe in constant learning and having to up skill for the current trends. Teaching and research are my passions. Since my Masters Degree, I have been associated with the education sector.


Being the Chairman of University, what is your philosophy of Leadership and describe your leadership style?

“Keep my team organized, contribute equality and lead by example in my leadership style”

I am heading the Admissions Wing so, I always believe in leading by example. Taking action, demonstrating what needs to be done, and keeping my team organized are my leadership style. I always make sure that we’re all on the same page and contributing equally. Also, communication is one of our greatest strengths. Delegating and finding the strengths of other team members.


What are the all courses available and how many total seats are there in the respective courses in Pyramid College of Business and Technology?

“Courses such as BCA, B.Com, PGDCA, MBA and more are available on campus”

Pyramid College offers the Courses of Business Management and Technology. We provide MBA (2 yrs) with 120 Seats, BBA (3 yrs) with 60 Seats, BCA (3 yrs) and B.Com of 60 Seats. Moreover, 60 seats are also available for HMCT (4 yrs) and B.Sc Multimedia (3 yrs). B.Voc Hospitality and Catering Management (1 yr) with 25 seats and PGDCA(1 yr) of 30 Seats are also provided in the campus. Apart from the above-mentioned Programs under IKG PTU, our campus offers Home Health Aide (HHA) and General Duty Assistant (GDA) courses under Health Care Sector Skill Council (HSSC New Delhi and NSDC Skill India). 


What do you think your roles and responsibilities are to the University and students?

“To explain admission policies, process and guidelines about courses for students”

My responsibility is to help the students with the admission processes and requirements. Also, my role is to explain various admission policies and procedures to the students. Besides, I assist in the preparation of admission guidelines and implementation of the same. Being Coordinator International Affairs, my responsibility is Credit Transfer of Visa Process in the Pathway Program Students.

Youth is a magical moment of imagination and mystery. We watch today’s young people play, fail, and dream and also move on in life. Every emotion they face is full of surprises. Each generation has its battles, but young and aspiring student souls face a different battle. It can affect sanity more than any other generation’s war.


How do you tend to establish a healthy relationship and environment in Pyramid College of Business and Technology?

“Maintain positive actions, kindness, learning and respect on campus”

We make learning relevant, develop a Code of Conduct and employ a Positive Actions Curriculum. Our campus processes positive actions such as problem-solving, decision-making and thinking skills to develop the brain or make us smarter. Positive actions such as kindness, living the Golden Rule, and being respectful allow us to get along with others. Time management and managing our emotions help us better manage our own affairs.
