My duty is to mentor students for a better tomorrow and be a vigilant professor. It is my role to ensure the overall development of each pupil. It improves the communication, behavior and personality of each pupil.

What challenges do you face to uplift the education quality of NSU?

“Low confidence among students and to remove the fear in their mind”

One of the challenges is low confidence among students to attain new skills. They face difficulty understanding subjects due to a lack of communication skills. It is a greater challenge for me to remove their fear and achieve goals.

“Provide multi-discipline events and fun activities to attain confidence in students”

The students can explore all fields through the multi-discipline events and fun activities on our campus. It leads to confidence in them and realizing their skills. Each student should attain their inner capabilities through these activities.

The students on our campus get seminars on various topics to improve their personalities. Lack of communication skills leads them to fall back on jobs. Effective communication skill assists them to achieve their goals fastly.
