What are the key factors that keep you connected with the education sector?

There is no doubt that education is a noble profession. One through this sector is educating the youth who are the future of this country and the world. The eager faces of students bring in an inspiration to do good for them and set examples before these future leaders, so that they can develop potentially to take this nation ahead. 

How do you strategize the key plans for the administration of your institute?

“Implementing positive leadership and academic design”

Holding a key position in the ISBA Institute, I educate my teachers and team to speak with their actions and lead with examples to initiate students to learn and follow the guidelines with full discipline so that we can empower them with the best. I usually take administrative control over certain non-verbal things such as punctuality, regularity, discipline and coordination apart from curriculum and course program. These simply make the team more clear and focused for the Institute’s objective and goals.

Along with taking care of regular classes and course structure for the learning of students, they are also encouraged to participate in several co-curricular and extracurricular activities be it sports or subjective workshops. How does the curriculum of ISBA ensure the best practice of industry?

Apart from teaching in regular classes by our eminent and specialized faculty, we organize workshops every Saturday to let students gain the practical knowledge of the subjects taught. Eminent speakers and thinkers are invited and practical hands-on workshops and seminars are arranged to favour students with opportunities and connection with the professionals. Industrial visits and educational tours are organized from time to time as well.
