What are the key factors that keep you connected with the education sector?

“Guiding and helping students”

Being in-charge of an educational institution is a lot of responsibility and it keeps me going to know that a lot of dreams and desires are connected with this institute. Many students and families from all over the nation are bonded with us and expect a bright future ahead. Also, I enjoy the lot rides on trying to make the educational experience of a student a wholesome one. 


What plans are you currently designing for ISBA international affairs?

“More collaborations and exchange programs”

We currently have international tie ups and we do focus at providing international study tours, and if possible exchange programs and internships depending upon courses as well. Our motto is Empowering Global Future! We at ISBA try to ensure that we have a standard system which can cater to the needs of all types of students irrespective of their social or cultural background globally. For ISBA students, we try to encompass the latest developments at our institute and hence empower Global Future for our students. 


How would you describe your leadership style?

“Proper management and team building”

Leadership is about the simple fundamentals of managing the team tactfully, ensuring each and every member’s growth. Human resource is the biggest asset and the education industry is all about embracing and developing future leaders. At ISBA our leadership entails creating tomorrow's leaders.

How does the curriculum of ISBA ensure the best practice of industry?

“Approaches to practical and skill based learning”

The curriculum is primarily suggested by the Indore University (DAVV), added on with practically designed certificates to add-on to value to the Institute curriculum. Right from french language, communication skills to retail management and IT certifications, we make a wholesome part of curriculum at ISBA that help students learn and become skilled professionally. We focus on practical learning and research to give them exposure to the industrial environments.
