DECODE 2022 is a National-level Design Aptitude Test conducted by the Center of Design Excellence (CODE), Jaipur. DECODE 2022 Registration has started on the official website of CODE, Jaipur for May 2022. DECODE 2022 will be conducted from May 21 – May 22, 2022. The minimum eligibility criteria for DECODE 2022 is to pass a 10+2 or 3 to 4 years Diploma with at least 50% marks aggregate. 

DECODE is conducted to identify the deserving candidate for admission in various programs like B.Des. in Fashion & Textile, Interior & Product, UX (User Experience) and Integrated B.Des+MBA. The test measures the aptitude and interest of the candidates for the courses they want to pursue in Designing field.

DECODE 2022 Eligibility

The minimum eligibility criteria for appearing in DECODE 2022 for all the courses are:

  • Candidate must have passed 10+2 with a minimum of 45% of aggregate marks.
  • Candidate must have completed 3 to 4 years of Diploma in any stream with 50% aggregate marks.
  • The final semester candidates can also apply.

DECODE 2022 Exam Pattern

DECODE exam is conducted to measure the candidate’s aptitude and interest of the candidates in the course of Design in which they want to make their career. The exam is of 3 hours including Aptitude and CAT (Creative Ability Test). The students will get 10 minutes of extra time for uploading CAT answer sheets.

  • Exam Duration: 3 hours
  • 60 minutes for Aptitude (50 questions, MCQ)
  • 120 minutes for CAT (2 Questions)

Note: The students are advised to carry two A4 sheets and your preferred color medium.
