Patna Law College is one of the oldest law institutions in the country and can boast about producing numerous eminent personalities. The college offers a three-year LL.B. program (with 6 semesters) which covers a comprehensive syllabus of three-part LL.B.
Admission into Patna Law College requires the candidates to clear the Patna University Bachelor of Law Entrance Test, or commonly known as the BLET examination. The college will then publish the results on the official website from where the candidates can download the list. The entrance test aims to offer admissions to 320 seats of LL.B. courses at the Patna Law College.
The Patna University conducts an end term examination for each semester. To appear for such a University Examination, the candidate must be ‘sent-up’(Transfer ) for the said examination by the concerned authorities. Without such a confirmation the students will not be permitted to appear in the examination.
The results of the University Examinations shall be published by the Patna University within thirty days of the examination. It should be noted that a student can be promoted to the next semester before the announcement of the results, but they must clear all the Papers to be ‘sent-up’ for the next University Examination.

Patna Law College Supplementary Exam Result 2023
The candidates who have failed their University Examinations will be given three consecutive chances by the university to clear the specific paper. The Supplementary Examinations will be held within 60 days of the end term examinations of each semester so that the students can clear the failed paper and be able to sit for the next semester examination.
As mentioned above, only three consecutive chances will be allowed for a student to pass the failed paper, failing to do so will result in the automatic cancellation of his/her enrolment. The results of the Supplementary Examination can be checked by following below given steps.

- Select the Supplementary Examination Results link for the result.
To pass the University Examinations, a student must score a minimum of 40% marks for each theory paper including internal assessments. The law degree shall be awarded on the basis of total aggregate marks obtained by the student in all the six semesters’ University Examinations taken together.
