Ans. CNLU Patna offers admission to BA LLB (Hons) / BBA LLB (Hons) at the undergraduate level, LLM and PG Diploma at the postgraduate level and PhD and LLD at the doctoral level.  

Ans. Candidates with 10+2 or equivalent with an aggregate of 45% marks (40% for SC/ST) are eligible for admission to the BA LLB (Hons) / BBA LLB (Hons) at CNLU Patna

Ans. CNLU Patna conducts the entrance exam for admission to the LLM. Here is the exam pattern:

• Maximum Marks: 150 Marks
• Duration of Examination: 150 Minutes
• Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ): 50 (One Mark Each)
• Short Answer Questions: 10 Questions of 10 Marks Each (Maximum words would be 300 for the answer to each question)
• Syllabi- Questions will be asked from the following areas of law:
  • Jurisprudence, Constitutional Law, Administrative Law, Law of Contracts, Law of Torts, Criminal Law, International Law, Environmental Law, Human Rights, Corporate Law and Intellectual Property Law.

Ans. Chanakya National Law University is located at Nyaya Nagar in Patna. The university is 6 Km away from the Patna Airport, it will take 20 – 30 minutes to reach the college by road, and it is 2.7 Km away from Patna Junction Station, it will take around 15 minutes to reach the college.

Ans. Candidates seeking admission to PhD at CNLU Patna are selected based on their merit in the entrance examination followed by the personal Interview conducted by the university. Candidates qualifying in UGC NET / JRF  are excluded from the entrance test and can appear directly for the personal interview.

Ans. Candidates with a Master's degree with an aggregate of 55% marks (50% for OBC / SC / ST / PwD) candidates from a recognized university are eligible for admission to PhD degree at CNLU Patna.
