The placements for the early years were not that great but for the last 2 years, the situation is incrementing. In 2019 placement drive 86% of students from Electrical Engineering got placement and the average CTC offered at this IIT was 11.4 LPA. IIT’s have the best faculties in the country. The level of research work and the flexibility they provide is exceptional.
In 2019 the CSE department at NIT Nagpur had the highest number of job offers, 78. The average package was around 7 LPA which stands below IIT Bhubaneshwar.
