Yes, you can get admission in LPU without the LPU Nest (Lovely professional University National Entrance and Scholarship Test) based on your JEE Rank or your board marks. Based on your rank or percentage, you could also be offered a scholarship.

The procedure for this method is as follows:

• Log on to the LPU website and search for “LPU in a city”.

• Search for your city and look for the person responsible for admission in LPU in that particular area. Contact him via his/her contact details provided. He will brief you about the admission process and the fees. The prospectus and induction schedule on admission would also be informed by him.

• In these cases, you need to pay some initial amount to get admission and then pay the remaining before the specified date.

• 18001024431 is the Toll-Free Number specially maintained for the same. If you have any queries, you can call between 9 am and 5 pm weekdays.

• But remember it is not available for all programmes as some of them mandate applying through LPU Nest.

Still, it is recommended for a student to apply via LPU Nest since it has many benefits in case you pass the exam. Scholarships for the top 30-40% students and the option to avail admission in many more domains which might be not available in case the student didn’t appear for LPU Nest.
