Indian Institute of Engineering and Management (IEM) and Globsyn Business School are prominent institutions that are mentioned in the list of the top private B-Schools in India. IEM has been ranked 13th by Times Higher Education while Globsyn Business School has been titled as the ‘Most Preferred B-School of the Year – East’ in 2019.

• Globsyn Business School accepts CAT/MAT/XAT/JEMAT/GAT scores for admission. For final selection to the program Essay Writing Test, Group Discussion and Personal Interviews are conducted.

• Major recruiters were Bloomberg, Volvo, H&M, Dell amongst 90 others
• FMCG made maximum recruitment with 33%, followed by BFSI sector making 23% recruitments.

IMI Delhi

• PGDHRM observed more than 90% placement record.
• More than 86 Multinational companies visited the campus for recruitment.
• The highest salary offered was INR 22 LPA while the average placement offered was INR 13 LPA.
• BFSI was the highest recruiting sector with 29%, followed by IT & Services with 27% recruitments
• The major recruiters were American express, Axis bank, Accenture, Tata motors, Amazon, OYO.

Nirma University has ranked 13th for MBA by Outlook India in 2020 and it is an ‘A’ graded institution according to NAAc’s evaluation. BIMTECH Noida on the other hand has ranked 26th among the top private universities for MBA studies by Outlook India in 2020. Both the institutes have their advantages and disadvantages. Nirma University:

• Those who want to get into Nirma University for an MBA have to qualify for CAT which is the basic eligibility criteria for admission.

• The average course fee is around 8 Lakh.

Nirma University:

• Various commerce, BFSI, hospitality, and pharma companies offer placements to the MBA students of Nirma University. Juniper, Qualcomm, ARM are some of the top recruiters.

• The highest and the average package that is usually offered seem to remain around 24 LPA and 10 LPA.

BIMTECH:

• On the other hand, more than 96% of BIMTECH students get placed every year by several companies like SBI, HDFC Bank, Moody’s Analytics, Federal bank, Berger, Oppo, and more.

• The highest and average packages are 23 LPA and 11 LPA.

When it comes to the other significant factors like Infrastructure and faculty, both these institutes are on the same level. Most of the faculty members are well experienced and helpful.
