The CSE faculty of the institute is comparably better than BMS Institute of Technology. The recent highlights of RIT Bangalore placements show the average CTC for CSE to be around INR 8 LPA. Shivaji College of Delhi University is one of the best off-campus colleges which has earned its worth. It recently got an 'A' accreditation from NAAC which is quite notable. Some of its plus points have been listed below:

What is life like in VMMC?
This is an important question for medical aspirants.
As I joined VMMC, I had the same question in mind. After spending some time at this institution, I realized that it is a bittersweet experience. You’ll attend classes regularly, from 8 in the morning to 4 in the evening. On top of that, there are 2 hours of lab, and alternate tests. It does get exhausting after a while.
In comparison to other DU medical colleges, the study load is not much. You will also get the advantage of an internal PG quota. VMMC is close to most of the markets- CP, Lajpat Nagar, Sarojini Nagar,etc. Also, there are affordable hangout places nearby.
So, you will experience both good and challenging moments at VMMC. You’ll learn a lot from this institution, and grow into a skilled medical professional.
How will the IIIT Lucknow placements be in the next 4 years?
Placement at any institute primarily depends on the alumni base and the student quality. As IIIT Lucknow is a fairly new establishment it does not have a wide alumni base. However, the placement record for the institute has been great for the 1st batch.

What do you like and dislike about Loyola College?
I have a friend who went to Loyola College and here are some of the things that she mentioned about the institute.
Advantages:
- Dress Code- You can wear anything that you want, i.e. jeans, a t-shirt, etc. And you are not forced to wear formal as they are quite lenient about it.
- Reputation- The college is quite reputed.
- Canteen- Everything is available from South Indian Cuisine to Western Fast Food. Also, because of this, it is heavily crowded at all times.
- You can enter and exit the campus any time that you want and there are no restrictions for this.
- Most of the seniors are quite friendly but it’s better not to take part in elections or get into politics.
Disadvantages:
- Poor faculty- Most of the faculty is just average. Some of them do not even speak correct English. Sometimes, it gets annoying to sit in the class for an hour every day. After a few semesters, you might get exhausted and wouldn’t want to go to the class.
- Attendance- You are required to maintain an average of 80% attendance which becomes quite difficult when you don’t wish to attend classes because of the above-stated reasons. If you fail to maintain this attendance criterion, you will not be allowed to give one exam.
- Outreach- You will have to be a part of any society and contribute at least 90 hours and it can become tiring. The timings for this would be 10:30 am to 12 pm. You will also have to attend classes on the same day and then reach the outreach location which becomes quite hectic.
- College crowd- Most of the students are average in studies. It will be very difficult to find like-minded fellows. Most of the students are from various towns like Tamil Nadu, Salem, Tuticorin, Erode, etc. More than 50% of the students are from outside of Chennai.
- Only three departments in the college are co-ed while more than half of the colleges in North India and elsewhere are co-ed.
- College timings- The timings for shift two students is 1:30 pm to 6:30 pm and most of the students don’t like this timing.

Which university is better for law, Chandigarh University or Rayat Bahra University?
The reasons for selecting Chandigarh University are self-explanatory:

- The Limca Book world record for best placements is held by CU.
- A well-balanced, industry-specific curriculum.
- Seminars, guest lectures, workshops, hostel events, inter-departmental competitions, star nights, industrial visits, and many other activities are held on a regular basis.
- Various clubs for students to develop their skills. Urdu societies, poetry societies, music clubs, dance clubs, photography clubs, and so on.
Do Thapar University students think they are inferior to IITians and NITians?
Honestly, Thapar University students do have an inferiority complex with IITians and NITians at least in terms of education.
My brother is in Thapar University and has friends in top IITs. He says that their intellect and talents are incomparable to even the toppers in his batch. IITs accept the best students only so most of his friends got 300s rank in Advanced and 100s rank in Mains.
It’s not just their academic profiles, but these IITians are much more hardworking and determined than any of his batchmates in Thapar. My brother feels that students making it to the top IITs deserve the hype they get and are without any doubt superior to any Thapar student.
So, yes Thapar students do feel they are inferior to IITians and NITians and their feelings are justified because they cannot match the level of IITians.
How has BITS Pilani changed your life?
BITS Pilani can make great changes in one's life. This institute made me humble, stress-free and organized. Since this college is relatively far away from the city, we will start to embrace the village and its cultural life. This college is culturally rich, and We will meet highly talented students with great enthusiasm and determination. This institute is blessed with an amazing coding culture. There are some students who are interested in entrepreneurship, while others can easily manage both sports and academics. We will learn new things and start to lead a simple life in the future.
How is the Hostel life at IIFT Delhi?
There are 4 hostels, one for girls and three for boys. 2 of the boy's hostels are located outside the campus with one being within walking distance while the other one is located around 4.5 km away from the campus with a regular bus being there for transportation needs of the students. The rooms are nice and spacious and have all the required amenities. Mess facilities are available at each hostel with decent healthy food including Veg and Non-Veg Options. One has to opt for Hostel during registration and rooms are allocated based on the ranking. Hostels and Mess Charges are competitive and affordable.
