Is Ganpat University good for a BCA?
It is a good option for BCA. It offers decent facilities, environment for studies. Ganpat University BCA fees are also quite affordable. For the 3-year long course, you will need to pay around INR 90,000. However, for BCA, you will need to self-study to do well. You can’t depend on your college solely.
How is the BCA course at the School of Information Technology in IMS Noida?
The above answer is based on the reviews of my friends who are alumni of IMS Noida and are successful today. It's a very unbiased review and intends no criticism of the institute.
The primary 3 aspects that are the foundation of any college are its students, teachers, and infrastructure. So I will be writing the review based on these aspects only.
Teachers
There is a big difference between being qualified and being a good teacher. While most of the teachers are highly qualified, only a few are good teachers. Some teachers that genuinely care about the students and try their best to bring good results out of their students are
- Sudhir Sir and Nancy Maam
- A very practical Maths teacher Pankaj Sir
- Very emphatic teacher Rashmi Maam
- Barshma Maam who organizes cultural events.
- Apart from these gems most of the teachers are full of ego and lack sympathy. The teachers do not motivate startups, athletes, or extracurricular activities and merely involve themselves in robotic teaching. There is no structured pedagogy and teachers are very lethargic. The syllabus is outdated and all this affects placements largely.
Students
Obviously under the guidance and training of such an average college, the quality of students stoops low. Most of them are lazy and just mug up concepts. But there are a few who want to strive hard but the lack of necessary resources does not let them excel.
Infrastructure
- The computer labs have very old systems and the speed of the internet is extremely poor.
- The classrooms lack ventilation and there are no microphones for lectures.
- The wifi facilities are extremely poor and students hardly have open access despite paying fees for the same
- The toilets are unhygienic and dirty
- The library has a good collection of books the only drawback being no reminder system for renewal of books
All these points are genuine and not based on any official data.
What is syllabus of bca entrance exam in CSJMU
The BCA Entrance exams are held at both the National level and State levels. Some Institutes conduct their own exams for BCA admissions. BCA Entrance syllabus 2023 for CSJMU is available on the official website and interested candidates can download the syllabus and start preparing for the exams.

One of my friends studied at Presidency College, Bangalore. According to him, BCA here is a perfect blend of theoretical and practical learning.
Here are some things you should know before considering the subject:

- The location Bangalore has an advantage of being an industrial hub, students get to go on industry visits, attend seminars, etc.
- The placements here are really up to the mark.

- The faculty members range from trainees to highly experienced professionals.They are extremely cooperative.

How is MDU Rohtak for BCA?
The way BCA students are taught at MDU Rohtak is quite boring. The faculty know how coding should be written, rather than how coding works; if they knew, they would have gone to work for a multinational corporation and not for a job at this institution.
If you truly want to learn coding, apps, websites, or any other area of computer applications, all you need is a computer or laptop and the willingness to learn online and practice. Use your time to learn about various domains like content writing, website construction, SEO, PPC, AdWords, blogging, and a variety of other skills.
While others may think that you are bad at theoretical subjects and attend dull lectures just for the sake of completion, you can have 2-3 blogs, one website, and start writing articles for a variety of websites and businesses.
Finally, you would get a degree from any university; it doesn't matter as much as the abilities and skills that you acquire.
Which is best for a BCA, Baddi University or Chandigarh University?
If you're looking to pursue BCA in Northern India, then Chandigarh University is the ideal choice for you, far better than Baddi University. The University Institute of Computing (UIC) has excellent faculty who are highly qualified, with most of them holding Ph.D. degrees.

Which will be better for a BCA, IMS Ghaziabad or LPU?
I am a second year BCA student at LPU. I chose LPU over IMS Ghaziabad for BCA because of the following reasons:
- LPU has received the highest A++ grade by NAAC.
- LPU has a better placement record than IMS Ghaziabad. According to the LPU placement report 2023, 100% BCA batch got placed. The highest salary package offered to the LPU BCA students was INR 34.24 LPA during that year.
According to the IMS Ghaziabad placement report 2022, around 25% of students in the BCA program got placed, and the highest salary package offered to the BCA students was INR 10 LPA.
- LPU offers BCA, BCA Hons, and BCA Big Data Analytics in a tie-up with IBM. This offers a great industrial exposure to students.
- LPU offers scholarships to its students based on their percentage in the qualifying exam or LPUNEST or in the form of financial aid, and more.
- LPU offers various skill development programs, professional training, and opportunities for industrial exposure to its students.
When a student chooses a university, they must consider factors such as academic environment, faculty, placement opportunities, ranking, industrial exposure, professional training, infrastructure, etc. So according to these factors, I can say BCA at LPU is better than IMS Ghaziabad.
Which university should I choose for a BCA in terms of placement and study, LPU or Rayat Bahra University?
When it comes to choosing between LPU and Rayat Bahra University for BCA, both are equally good, but if you want to focus on placements and studies, Rayat Bahra University would be a better option.
Rayat Bahra University has a 100% placement record, which is a great achievement. It has been ranked highly by many external agencies, which shows the quality of education and infrastructure the university provides.
In terms of faculty, the university has highly qualified professors who are dedicated to providing the best education to the students. The university also provides additional inputs to the students to help them do well in placement drives.
You should carefully consider your options before making a decision about which university to join. It is important to choose a university that will provide you with the best possible education and opportunities for your future career.
Should I join Presidency College Bangalore for a BCA?
According to the reviews online, Presidency College, Bangalore for BCA is good, much like any other institute. They provide proper education, guidance and practical training to the students.
Bangalore is an industrial hub, so you can expect going to industrial visits, attending seminars, participating in technical activities, etc. these will flourish your knowledge about the overall course.
Placements are good. Even if you do not get an on-campus placement opportunity, in Bangalore there are lots of companies which conduct pool and off-campus placements. You could try them out, and also might secure an offer.
The academics are updated to current industry trends, and will take your proper and undivided effort to learn about it. The faculty members are well experienced but they will only do their basic part, rest of the learning will depend on you.
Therefore, if you prefer self study, this is the right place for you. You can work hard and work for what you deserve.
What is the Amity University cutoff for a BCA in Gwalior?
Firstly, there is no cutoff system to secure a seat at Amity University, Gwalior. Hence, there is no specific cutoff for getting admission to BCA at Amity. However, there are eligibility criteria with an entrance test which you need to clear in order to get admission.
- You need to have a minimum of 60% aggregate in 10+2.
- You need to qualify for the common aptitude test AMCAT which is basically an entrance test.
- Interview with the concerned departments’ faculty.
Thus, make sure you have secured enough marks in your 10+2. If you meet this criterion, it's time to prepare well for the aptitude test which you need to pass in order to secure yourself a seat in the preferred field. Also, do not forget to prepare yourself for the interview as it’s the final step towards admission to Amity.
